Ingredients: beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, flavouring^1,9, flavourings^{2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11}, L-tyrosine, acidity regulators (E296, E330)⁹, anti-caking agent (E551), choline bitartrate, acidity regulators (E296, E330)^{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11}, γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), caffeine, salt, niacin (nicotinic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia), red beet juice concentrate^{2,3,4,5,8,9,10,11}, black carrot concentrate^8,10, colour/s [(E160a)^1,2,5,6,7, (E104)^1,6,7, (E132)¹¹]. E104: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (4,5 g) with 100-150 ml of water. Drink 1 portion in the morning and 1 portion 30-45 minutes before workout.
